RoBec Solutions is an online service provider for online businesses. Working completely remotely and utilising up to date cloud programmes and technology, services are delivered with professionalism, integrity and with transparent and flexible pricing and packages which suit your specific needs.

Rebecca, lead VA at RoBec Solutions, also understands that some business owners are worried to let go and delegate, that is normal, and absolutely fine. We can work together at a pace and level of delegation that suit’s you.

If you know you need support but unsure as to what tasks you need or want to delegate you can discuss your daily task routines with Rebecca and together, come up with a support plan, tailored to you and your business, reducing your workload thus releasing maximum time back to you, for the activities that matter.

Packages and Rates

The Professional Plan

Investment: £450 per Month

Includes: This 10 hour monthly retainer may include services for example Email Marketing Campaigns, Website Design and Development, Systems and Process creation, implementation and improvement, Project Management, Team Management and Tech Implementation and Training. This also includes strategy and brainstorm sessions with Rebecca, your Online Business Manager.

Ideal for: The online Business owner who needs a small amount of help per month, on an ongoing basis, to free up time to focus on other things

 

The Business Plan

Investment: £900 per Month

Includes: This 20 hour monthly retainer may include services for example Email Marketing Campaigns, Website Design and Development, Systems and Process creation, implementation and improvement, Project Management, Team Management and Tech Implementation and Training. This also includes strategy and brainstorm sessions with Rebecca, your Online Business Manager.

 Ideal for: The Online Business owner who needs to delegate more in the business to a self directing team member

 

The Enterprise Plan

Investment: £1500 per Month

Includes: This 30 hour monthly retainer may include services for example Email Marketing Campaigns, Website Design and Development, Systems and Process creation, implementation and improvement, Project Management, Team Management and Tech Implementation and Training. This also includes strategy and brainstorm sessions with Rebecca, your Online Business Manager.

 Ideal for: The Online Business owner who needs a partner to delegate more business tasks, to give key support team leaders and to work with teams to create efficiencies, increase productivity and get more done. If you don’t have team leaders, this is a great option for you to introduce one! 

 

Project Plans

Investment: Contact Rebecca to discuss requirements and obtain a quote

Includes: Project Based plans and work for example specific Tech Implementations (CRM, Email Marketing, Task/Project Management Software), Workflow Discovery and Management (Working with Business Owners and Team Members to create workflows and processes for more efficient working).

 Ideal for: The Online Business Owner who knows exactly what they need as described above

 

Internal and Team Training Support

Investment: Contact Rebecca to discuss requirements and obtain a quote.

Includes: Training on internal systems once implemented or introduced to an learned. This can be set for ongoing training and support or for a set period of time until the team are working alone and with processes. This also Working with Business Owners and Team Members to create workflows and processes for more efficient working. Also available for team productivity and task management workshops and training. 

 Ideal for: The Online Business Owner who see’s a gap in tech and process working and needs someone to dedicate some time to work with teams and tech platforms to increase knowledge and be an arm of support. 

Supplementary rate: £45 per hour - billed outside of the retainer packages. The minimum requirement on Hourly Rate outside of a purchased package is 5 hours.

Getting Started

Stage 1: Make contact with Rebecca

From the moment your contact is received, we can discuss if Rebecca can assist you, these discussions will ideally be done over the telephone, Skype or Zoom but can also happen over e-mail if this suits you. We can discuss your requirements along with your timescale requirements. Rebecca likes to understand your story and will collect information such as who you are, what you do, your short term and long term goals and what you’re looking to delegate. There’s a new client discovery form to complete to fully allow Rebecca to understand your requirements which also ensures we’re a good, professional fit.

Stage 2 – Details are collated and paperwork completed

Following our initial communication, you will receive a proposal, an electronic service agreement and RoBec Solutions’ privacy policy, once the service agreement is signed you will receive an invoice for the package you have chosen so support can commence. This will either be for the first hour (of Pay as you go) or for the total of the chosen hourly retainer to commence as this is billed in advance of the support. This invoice will include the agreed work/package and billing schedule (if applicable).

All work completed is time tracked and a report will be issued at the end of the project/month (retainers).

Stage 3 – Let’s go!

Fantastic! Rebecca will setup your client files and you will receive a Welcome email. We will book in a kick off call to go through some finer details and executive virtual support for you and your business can commence.
